TomoConverter
A lightweight converter for tomographic images. Currently supports the following formats:
- MRC
- HDF5
- TIFF
- ZARR
Installation
You can install the package by running the following commands:
pip install -e .
Testing
You can run the package tests by running the following commands:
pip install .[test]
pytest
