Publish toolchain to local maven repository
./gradlew :toolchain:publishToMavenLocal
Run the Android app
1. Enable 'app' module from settings.gradle.kts
include(":app") // Uncomment this line
2. Refresh Gradle project
3. Run the app from Android Studio
