Toposync Cinematic Extension
First-party Toposync extension for demand-scoped, event-directed camera transmission.
It registers the cinematic.director_source pipeline operator, director
runtime, event feed integration, camera-pool reuse over the Cameras extension,
settings wizard, status panel, and diagnostics used to publish one cinematic
Streaming transmission from normal Toposync pipelines.
