totalsync-utils
Decoding utilities for TotalSync recordings.
totalsync-decode— turn recorded.b64files into analysis-ready formats (numpy, MATLAB, pynapple), with channels named from apinSheet.json. Referencetotalsync-pinsheet— generate thatpinSheet.jsonfrom the Teensy firmware source, so the channel names stay in step with the code that produced the data. Referencetotalsync-pinout— draw thatpinSheet.jsononto a labelled picture of the Teensy 4.1, so a wiring job can be checked at the bench instead of read as JSON. Referencetotalsync-firmware— copy the Teensy firmware, which ships inside this package, out to a PlatformIO project of your own, so it can be modified where you work. Reference
Importable as a library too: decode_b64_files, load_pin_mapping,
generate_pin_sheet, parse_firmware, render_pinout, scaffold_firmware.
