UPS connector for the Tryton application plateform

The stock_pacakge_shipping_ups module of the Tryton application platform.
Installing
See INSTALL
In order to run the tests, the following environment variables must be correctly set:
UPS_USER_ID: Your UPS User ID
UPS_PASSWORD: The password of your UPS account
UPS_LICENSE: Your UPS License identifier
UPS_ACCOUNT_NUMBER: Your UPS Account Number
Those could be created by registering for the UPS Developer Kit: https://www.ups.com/upsdeveloperkit
