TurboPairFormer
TurboPairFormer provides optimized GPU kernels for Triangle Attention and Triangle Multiplicative Update (TriMul), with PyTorch autograd support for protein folding model training.
The project brings together researchers from Stevens Institute of Technology, Lambda, and OpenFold.
