UGPy : Pythonic UnderGraduate
A bunch of code meant to automate the analysis of the synaptic changes due to memory formation in zebrafish and make us independent of the free labor of the undergads... and switch to the free labor of the AI. Now that I wrote it down.. why bother? >_<
Installation
There's nothing yet to use. But if you really-really want to , you can use the package manager pip to install ugpy.
pip install ugpy
Usage
Please see notebooks/examples on github. I mean .. see them some time later, when I actually make them ...
