this is packages for upgrade all packages python if packages has been outdated
pip install upgrade-pip
REASON TO UPDATE THIS REPOSITORY BECAUSE HERE
how to use
first you need to install it "pip install upgrade-pip"

NOTE : OLDER VERSION CANNOT TO USE IT <= 0.1.3.post1 Using this version 0.1.4
usage
import uppip
uppip.startupgradepip()
