Collection of useful python tools used in the Zwicker group.
Plotting functions:
densityplotproduced density plots from simulated data, optionally involving logarithmically scaled axes.
Mathematical functions:
xlogxcalculates $x \log(x)$ with the correct limit for $x=0$random_uniform_fixed_sumsamples uniformly distributed, positive numbers adding to 1geomspace_intprovides an (approximately) geometric sequence of integers
