Name reservation for the upcoming `vacant` domain availability checker (a Rust CLI shipped via Homebrew/cargo, not pip).

vacant
This is a placeholder. The PyPI name vacant is reserved for the
vacant command-line tool — a fast
domain availability checker that asks authoritative TLD nameservers directly
instead of hammering WHOIS.
vacant is a native binary, not a Python library. To install the real tool:
brew install alltuner/tap/vacant
# or
cargo install vacant
This package exists only to prevent name confusion on PyPI. Installing it via
pip install vacant does nothing useful.
