Valicode CLI

Project description

Valicode CLI

Valicode audits code changes for security, reliability, and production readiness.

Install

python -m pip install valicode

Configure

Create an API key at https://valicode.sbs/dashboard/api-keys, then run:

valicode login

By default, this opens Valicode in your browser, asks you to approve the CLI device, and saves the generated API key automatically.

You can also paste a key manually:

valicode login --manual

Or pass the key directly:

valicode login aov_your_api_key

Browser or manual login is safer than passing a key directly because it avoids leaving the key in shell history.

Use

valicode doctor --check-api
valicode scan . --dry-run
valicode scan . --output summary

The CLI uses https://api.valicode.sbs/v1 by default. To override it:

valicode config set api_base https://api.valicode.sbs/v1
