valqore-qed
This release reserves the name. It installs nothing.
Valqore QED is a self-hosted policy and evidence kernel for AI-agent actions: an agent proposes an action, QED decides ALLOW / BLOCK / REQUIRE_APPROVAL with deterministic rules, and every step is written to an Ed25519-signed, hash-chained evidence ledger that a third party can verify without trusting the instance that produced it. No LLM in the decision path, no network in the kernel.
The first functional release is 1.0.0, and it is what will replace this one
here. The source repository opens with it; until then there is nothing to
install and nothing to clone, which is why this page offers no command that
would fail.
