VaxCompiler
Patient-specific compilation of tumor mutations into optimized multi-antigen mRNA vaccine architectures.
VaxCompiler is open-source research software for computational personalized cancer vaccine design.
Rather than treating mutation selection, transcript partitioning, and antigen ordering as independent steps, VaxCompiler formulates vaccine architecture design as a constrained combinatorial compilation problem.
Status
Research software. Not intended for clinical use.
Current antigen-presentation and antigen-utility objectives are computational surrogates and must not be interpreted as validated clinical immunogenicity or vaccine efficacy.
