Installation
pip install veil402
Quick Start

from veil402 import Veil402
client = Veil402(credential=os.environ["VEIL402_CREDENTIAL"])
# Works like httpx — but handles 402 payment flows automatically

Async Usage
from veil402 import AsyncVeil402
async def main():
client = AsyncVeil402(credential=os.environ["VEIL402_CREDENTIAL"])
response = await client.get("https://api.merchant.com/market-data")
data = response.json()
How It Works
- Your agent makes a request to a merchant API
- If the merchant returns
402 Payment Required, the SDK intercepts it - Veil402 authorizes the payment through your policy engine
- The request is retried with a payment signature
- Your agent gets the data — the merchant never sees who paid
