venice-ai has been renamed to venice-py
This project now ships as venice-py.
Installing venice-ai still works — this release depends on venice-py, so pip
fetches the real SDK for you. Nothing about your code changes:
from venice_ai import VeniceClient # unchanged
The import package is still venice_ai and the environment variable is still
VENICE_API_KEY. Only the name you install changed:
pip install venice-py
Point your requirements.txt, pyproject.toml and lockfiles at venice-py when
convenient. venice-ai is not yanked, so existing pins keep resolving.
Staying on v1? Pin venice-ai<2 — the v1 line exists only under this name.
