vibedata-dlt-core
Cross-platform shared core for the VibeData dlt runtime. Provides the platform-agnostic building blocks every execution unit depends on:
- audit — extract dlt trace metrics into the
audit_runs/audit_table_loadsdelta tables;audit_runs.git_shanames the commit the code came from (GIT_SHA, else a deliveredrevision.txt, elsegit rev-parse HEAD, else null). - dataset —
dataset("src_salesforce")names a dataset logically;VD_EPHM_SCHEMA_PREFIX(sent by Studio on shared-container platforms, empty elsewhere) decides the physical name, by the same rule dbt uses. dlt's staging dataset inherits the prefix when dlt runs withSCHEMA__NAMING=direct; the default naming collapses the double underscores. Import it asfrom vibedata.dlt.core import dataset—vibedata.dltis a namespace package and has no module of its own. - pipeline_context — resolve the run's pipeline/connection context from the project's dlt config.
Import namespace: vibedata.dlt.core. This is a dependency package — it is not
installed to run a pipeline on its own. Platform cores
(vibedata-dlt-fabric-core, vibedata-dlt-duckdb-core) and the execution-unit
distributions build on it.
