This name is reserved by Vigilon. The Vigilon SDK for
Python is distributed as vigilon-sdk, and not through public PyPI; it
installs from the Vigilon repository:
pip install "vigilon-sdk @ git+https://github.com/vigilon/python-sdk@v0.1.0"
If you installed this package expecting the SDK, remove it and use the command above. Importing this stub raises an error on purpose.
