VirtualPulldown v.2

VirtualPulldown v.2 is a command-line tool designed to streamline the formatting and preparation of input sequence pairs for structure prediction using LocalColabFold.

The script supports batch processing of multiple genomic sequences, enabling high-throughput exploration of protein-protein interactions.
