Statistical fuzzy-checking utilities for verifying Vivarium simulation outputs.
Project description
This library provides the FuzzyChecker, a tool for statistical “fuzzy” checks of values that are subject to stochastic variation, used to verify and validate Vivarium simulation outputs.
Supported Python versions: 3.10, 3.11
You can install vivarium-fuzzy-checker from PyPI with pip:
pip install vivarium-fuzzy-checkeror build it from source by cloning the monorepo and installing this package:
git clone https://github.com/ihmeuw/vivarium-suite.git
cd vivarium-suite
pip install libs/fuzzy-checkerFor broader monorepo development setup, see the monorepo README at https://github.com/ihmeuw/vivarium-suite.
