Project description
This library contains several components for modelling diseases and their interventions.
You can install vivarium-public-health from PyPI with pip:
pip install vivarium-public-healthor build it from source by cloning the monorepo and installing this package:
git clone https://github.com/ihmeuw/vivarium-suite.git
cd vivarium-suite
pip install libs/public-healthFor broader monorepo development setup, see the monorepo README at https://github.com/ihmeuw/vivarium-suite.
