This library contains utility features to help test Vivarium software.
Vivarium Testing Utils requires Python 3.10+ to run
You can install vivarium-testing-utils from PyPI with pip:
pip install vivarium-testing-utilsor build it from source by cloning the monorepo and installing this package:
git clone https://github.com/ihmeuw/vivarium-suite.git
cd vivarium-suite
pip install libs/testing-utilsFor broader monorepo development setup, see the monorepo README at https://github.com/ihmeuw/vivarium-suite.
