Automated verification and validation tooling for Vivarium simulations.

This library provides tooling for automated verification and validation (V&V) of Vivarium simulations, including data loading, measure comparison, and reporting.

Supported Python versions: 3.10, 3.11

You can install vivarium-validation from PyPI with pip:

pip install vivarium-validation

or build it from source by cloning the monorepo and installing this package:

git clone https://github.com/ihmeuw/vivarium-suite.git
cd vivarium-suite
pip install libs/validation

Note that the validation feature depends on vivarium-inputs, which is only available from the IHME artifactory.
