voltry

This is a meta-package. Installing it installs voltry-probe, the open, read-only Voltry agent, which provides the voltry command line.

You probably want one of:

pipx install voltry-probe
pip install voltry-probe

See the voltry-probe project page on PyPI for the operator quickstart.
