Secret-free Teledex phone-teleop relay for the Waddle teleoperator terminal (run via uvx).

waddle-companion
Relays the Teledex phone AR app's pose stream into a claimed Waddle LiveKit
room, using a short-lived scoped token from the terminal's pairing grant. No
LiveKit secret and no waddle platform deps on the operator machine.
Use
uvx waddle-companion pair <grant>
Get <grant> from the terminal's pairing card after accepting a phone job.
Then open the Teledex app on your phone (same Wi-Fi) and point it at this
laptop's IP on port 8888.
