智能体本地运行时连接器（纯本地、零密钥、零第三方依赖）：
- 长期记忆与知识图谱：记忆自动沉淀（事实抽取、去重、冲突仲裁）、语义与时间线检索、 实体关系图谱、记忆健康度审计；
- DAG 任务流水线编排：流水线验证（循环依赖/孤立节点/防注入）、拓扑执行计划、 逐步执行与上游输出注入、断点续传、失败登记与统一错误恢复（retry/fallback/impact）、 下游影响分析、Markdown 报告 + HTML 甘特图、官方预置模板（政采日报/视频分析/周报/巡检）；
- 两者协同：流水线节点的输入输出可沉淀为长期记忆，编排时检索历史经验。
