模型与企业数据网关（model-biz-gateway）—— 统一外部服务接入

统一外部服务接入网关（凭证全部用户自填、仅存本机）：
- 12 家国产大模型统一调用：提问（自动路由 + 故障转移）、同题多模型对比（竞技场选型）、 图片理解 / 音频转写 / 视频理解（多模态）、文本嵌入与重排（RAG 组件）、代码审查与翻译模板、 路由决策（只推荐不调用）、跨厂商成本报表、预算控制、结果缓存、硬件画像；
- 钉钉企业数据只读查询：待办、审批模板/列表/详情、日程、云盘文件列表与下载链接、 按姓名查同事、部门树（11 个只读工具，无任何写操作）。

配置
- 模型 Key：连接配置表单按厂商填写（或本地 config.json，随包 config.json 为空模板）
- 钉钉：开放平台创建企业内部应用 → AppKey/AppSecret → 只读权限 → 填入连接配置
- 全部凭证仅保存在本机；未配置时只读/可观测工具仍可用并返回引导信息
运行
由 WorkBuddy 按 mcp.json 自动拉起（uvx wb-model-biz-gateway-mcp==1.0.0）。
安全
- 随包 config.json 为空模板（不含任何真实密钥）
- stdout 是 JSON-RPC 协议通道，日志全部走 stderr
- 钉钉侧只读设计：不修改任何企业数据
