Runs the provided command on detected file changes.
example: wch -d src -d tests -i docs "black --check ."
Arguments:
COMMAND [required]
Options:
-d, --directory TEXT [default: .]
-i, --ignore TEXT [default: ]
--help Show this message and exit.
