WhisperGrass 插件 API 占位包（placeholder package）。
这是 WhisperGrass——一个面向类型创作（小说/网文/剧本）的本地写作 IDE（Flutter + Rust 内核）——的宿主插件 API 包名占位。

0.0.1仅为 PyPI 名称占位，不含任何功能代码； - 未来此包将承载 WhisperGrass 插件协议面（P1-P8：事务提案 / 槽位面板 / 装饰扩展 / 外进程转换器通道等）的 Python 绑定——同 Blender 的
bpy、QGIS 的qgis之于其宿主； - 协议设计文档：仓库内
doc/plans/flutter-rewrite/fr1-draft-architecture.md§11； - 在协议实现发布（v0.1.0+）之前，请勿依赖本包。
