Wide Field Imaging
Wide-field/CCD, SEM and GDS positioning and metrology tools with a napari GUI.
Install
pip install wide-field-imaging
Launch the application with:
wfi
The longer wide-field-imaging command is kept as a compatibility alias.
Python 3.11-3.14 is supported. The package includes image ingestion, marker localization, CCD↔SEM registration, calibration/validation utilities, GDS overlay support and emitter localization. Experimental datasets are not included in the distribution.
