Very simple wsi patching server
installation
- install openslide
- e.g.:
apt-get install openslide-tools(Ubuntu)
- e.g.:
pip install git+https://github.com/tand826/wsiserver
run with example viewer
- run
wsiserver [wsi path] - open
example/index.htmlin web browser
