## 编写摘要
AET对象封装各个风向角下的加速度数据和位移数据 * 在初始化时就应该加载tdms文件的数据 * 提供数据截取的功能，同时截取所有的位移和加速度数据
模态测试对象封装多次模态测试的加速度和位移数据 * 在初始化时就应该加载tdms文件的数据 * 提供数据截取的功能，同时截取所有的位移和加速度数据
画图模板单独成为一个类，通过工厂函数返回使用了全局参数的plt对象
将均方根和均值运算拿出来，单独成为函数，传入AET对象后进行运算，返回结果
将谱运算也拿出来，单独成为函数，传入AET对象后进行运算，返回结果
