XiHan Framework SDK for Python
占位仓库，尚未开始实现。 规范在 framework-spec，参考实现是 .NET（XiHan.Framework 的
next/），第二语言 Go 的实现在 framework-sdk-go，可以作为本 SDK 的形状参照。
面向 Python 应用、脚本型插件与 AI 工具链，Python 3.12+。
计划内容
按规范逐包实现，每个包都要通过 framework-spec 的一致性向量（conformance/vectors/）：

插件实现用规范仓库的黑盒运行器验证：xihan-conformance plugin --dir <产物目录>。
包名
xihan-framework（PyPI）；导入名 xihan_framework。领域词与规范术语表（conventions/vocabulary.md）一致，只换本语言的大小写风格。
成熟度
Reference（.NET）、Stable（通过全部向量）、Experimental（部分向量）、Community（社区维护）。本仓库当前：规划中。
参与
- 先读 framework-spec 的 README 与各 RFC，再看 framework-sdk-go 的包划分。
- 在本仓库开 Issue 认领要实现的包，一个包一个 PR，附向量测试。
- 公开契约的变更不在 SDK 仓库里做：走 framework-spec 的 RFC 流程，再同步到各 SDK。
发布占位版本
名字靠上传一个占位版本占住（PyPI 没有预留机制）。本仓库已含最小包（pyproject.toml + src/xihan_framework/，只导出 __version__ 与 SPEC_VERSION）：

上传时用户名填 __token__、密码填 PyPI 的 API token。xihan-framework 与 xihan_framework 在 PyPI 是同一个名字；导入名是 xihan_framework。
