This is a placeholder release reserving the name. xout v2.0 (the rename of popper) ships here soon: your coding agent shows two ways it could behave, you X out the wrong one, and the surviving choices become 8 local rules Claude Code loads from CLAUDE.md.
No cloud. No telemetry. No LLM calls. One-line rollback.
