Xtictoc (Tic-Tac-Toe) Game
Welcome to Xtictoc, a simple console-based Tic-Tac-Toe (XO) game in Python.

Installation
You can install the game using pip:
pip install xtictoc
How to Play
To start the game, open a terminal and run:
xtictoc
