Not implemented yet. This release holds the name on PyPI and contains nothing to use. The first real release will say so in its notes.

Developed in the python-xtr monorepo, under
packages/xtr-lock. The python-xtr-lock repository is a read-only copy, so send issues and
pull requests to the monorepo.
