Yakamoz
A cross-platform, GPU-batched autonomous driving simulator for the workflows CARLA users already have: Python control, synchronous stepping, camera and LiDAR sensors, ROS 2, and OpenSCENARIO.
- Many environments per GPU in one process, for reinforcement learning and data generation.
- Every sensor output comes from a single render pass.
- Native on Linux (Vulkan), Windows (DX12), and macOS (Metal).
- ROS 2 Jazzy over Zenoh, with no ROS installation required on the simulator side.
Status
Pre-alpha. Phase 0 (compatibility spikes and architecture decisions) is in
progress. Nothing here is usable yet. The roadmap lives in
docs/plan.md.
