How it fits together

yfinance_ai.py is the whole toolkit: one file with a Tools class of async methods. Every platform runs that same file.

In the skill, cli.py runs one function per command and SKILL.md tells the agent which function fits each question. In the MCP server, yfinance_ai_mcp.py registers every method as an MCP tool, with its parameters documented.

Install

Needs uv. No API key.
