Project description
Mostly this is a package for Zirpu to build his default working virtualenv and some utility scripts.
See the requirements.txt for the list of packages installed.
decimal_time just returns the “decimal” time version of the unix timestamp split into
year:month:week:day hour:minutes:seconds
