Orange3 Bioinformatics

Orange Bioinformatics provides access to publicly available data, like GEO data sets, GO and KEGG. It enables gene enrichment analysis, clustering, classification, gene identification and provides several common visualizations. All features can be combined with other widgets from the Orange data mining framework. See documentation.
