PySiTK 0.2.13

PySiTK is a research-focused toolkit containing a collection of Python helper functions. In particular it facilitates the interaction between SimpleITK and ITK.

PySiTK

PySiTK is a Python-based open-source toolkit that provides a collection of helper functions to facilitate IO, printing, plotting, ... and the interaction between SimpleITK and ITK_NiftyMIC.

The algorithm and software were developed by Michael Ebner at the Translational Imaging Group in the Centre for Medical Image Computing at University College London (UCL).

Installation

Installation of the external dependencies:

• ITK_NiftyMIC

Clone the PySiTK repository by

• git clone [e-mail]:gift-surg/PySiTK.git

Install PySiTK by running

• pip install .
