Getting Started

This library can be used to create a Code Ocean capsule that will register results as a data asset.

Usage

Install this package into the capsule that you want to run as an automation capsule.

Local Development

• Create an environment and install by: pip install -e . --group dev
• For testing, run coverage run -m unittest discover && coverage report

Level of Support

• Supported: We are releasing this code to the public as a tool we expect others to use. Issues are welcomed, and we expect to address them promptly; pull requests will be vetted by our staff before inclusion.
