This application accesses the Ark system.

NOTE: I believe .lnk files are another type of .exe

1. lnk file in cmd: explorer.exe shell:::{4234d49b-0245-4df3-B780-3893943456e1}
2. to be able to see lnk properties
   1. open regedit
   2. open HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT -> lnkfile
   3. click on NeverShowExt
   4. File -> export and save a backup somewhere
   5. right click and delete
   6. restart computer

   • to get into the files you have to follow the following:
     1. Open the folder C:\ProgramFiles\WindowsApps
     2. It will not allow you enter but click on the continue
     3. Click on the link given in the popup called "security tab"
     4. Click Advance
     5. Click on Continue
     6. At the top click on the link called Change
     7. In the text field called "Enter the object name to select" enter your computer's username. In my case it was "optimus" (don't use Administrator as the name).
     8. Click on Check Names.
     9. Click ok.
     10. Make sure to check the box called "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects"
     11. EVERYTHING AFTER THIS DOESN'T WORK
     12. Make sure no windows store apps are running otherwise close them all

     14. taking control of a file, as administrator cmd enter takeown /f Path_And_File_Name
     15. grant admin full access, as administrator cmd enter icacls Path_And_File_Name /GRANT ADMINISTRATORS:F
     16. replacing the file, as administrator cmd enter Copy Source_File Destination
     17. Open Run by pressing the Windows key + R. In the Run dialog box, type WSReset.exe, and then click on OK. This will resolve the "Windows Store cache may be damaged" error.
