This release is a pre-release and may not be stable for production use.
hpc-tools
version: 0.3.0b2
hpc-tools helps create and submit HPC job arrays. Grid Engine is the default
scheduler, with Slurm, LSF, and PBS Pro/OpenPBS adapters also available.
Install
Install from PyPI:
python -m pip install cfin-hpc-tools
Or install with conda:
conda install -c cfin cfin-hpc-tools
For an editable developer install:
git clone git@gitlab.com:cfinan/cluster.git
cd cluster
python -m pip install -e .
Documentation
Start with the getting-started guide in the GitLab Pages documentation:
https://cfinan.gitlab.io/cluster/
