CoAna
Which oligomers mattered, and why.
CoAna analyses many-chain molecular-dynamics trajectories of protein aggregation. It reconstructs split/merge-aware oligomer lineages and classifies them by their future fate, so you can ask which assemblies were productive, and by what mechanism — not only which clusters formed.
Status
This 0.0.1 release reserves the name and contains no analysis code.
pip install coana currently gives you nothing to run.
The first functional release will be 3.6.0.
