cyt-indexer-sdk

Python bindings for the cyt-indexer Rust library.

Platforms supported: Linux/Windows11/macOS CPU Architectures: x86/ARM

Development

cd sdk/python
uv sync
uv run maturin develop --release

Usage

from cyt_indexer import (
    build_catalog_from_tools,
    build_catalog_index,
    anthropic_tools_to_catalog_entries,
    load_catalog,
    prepare_tool_entry,
    removed_chunks,
    retrieve_tools,
)

full = load_catalog(".catalog")
surviving = ...  # survivors.json
removed = removed_chunks(full, surviving)
