cyt-indexer-sdk

Python bindings for the cyt-indexer Rust library.

Platforms supported: Linux/Windows11/macOS CPU Architectures: x86/ARM

Development

cd sdk/python
uv sync
uv run maturin develop --release

Usage

from cyt_indexer import (
