Lokalny cytator ustaw podatkowych. Ustawa → nowela → KIS.
Opcjonalne omówienie cytatu (admin: EUREKIUSZ_AI_KEY). Bez klucza model milczy.
Model nie zgaduje kwot. Pusty kontekst = Nie znalazlem w bazie.
Instalacja
python -m pip install -U eurekiusz
eurekiusz gui
Windows: winget install Python.Python.3.12, nowy PowerShell, potem powyższe.
Okno natywne: python -m pip install pywebview (WebView2). Bez tego workbench wstaje na 127.0.0.1.
Dla księgowej: kliknij Eurekiusz na pulpicie. Pip jest tylko dla administratora (eurekiusz pulpit zapisuje skrót).

Bramka: art. 113 TJ DU/2025/775 = 200 000 zł. Limit 240 000 zł jest w noweli DU/2025/896, nie w TJ.
