FrameTree - XNAT
An extension for the FrameTree framework that support defining data frames in XNAT projects. Frametree-xnat uses XnatPy under the hood to list/download/upload data stored in XNAT instances.
Quick Installation
This extension can be installed for Python 3 using pip:
$ pip3 install frametree-xnat
This will also install the core FrameTree and any required dependencies.
