A simple plugin to perform fspi analysis within napari
This napari plugin was generated with copier using the napari-plugin-template.
Installation
You can install fspi_analysis via pip:
pip install fspi_analysis
To install latest development version :
pip install git+https://github.com/engpol/fspi_analysis.git
