File readers and writers for cryo-EM

himena-cryoem-io
Read and write files related to cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo-EM).
This plugin supports file I/O for:
- RELION .star file as a table stack widget.
- SerialEM .nav file as a SerialEM-like widget.
- SerialEM .mdoc file as a table widget.
- cryoSPARC .cs file as a table widget.
- CTFFind .ctf file as an image widget.
- IMOD .xf/.prexf file as a table widget.
Installation
himena <my-profile> --get himena-cryoem-io
or manually via pip:
pip install himena-cryoem-io
himena <my-profile> --install himena-cryoem-io
